Sheila Cull Lillis

Sheila Cull Lillis is an accomplished career development professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Associate Director at the Center for Career & Professional Development within the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University since August 2016, Sheila delivers career planning and employment search counseling to graduate students and alumni, advising over 100 students each semester. Previously, Sheila held senior roles at Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Human Capital Management and at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading campus recruiting strategies and initiatives. Sheila began their career as an Assistant Vice President at Kidder, Peabody & Co., focusing on corporate staffing and development. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Villanova University.
