Jose Alberto Ruiz Pelayo

Jose Alberto Ruiz Pelayo is an experienced construction professional with a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos from Universidad de Cantabria. Since April 2007, Jose has been with Sacyr, currently serving as Deputy Managing Director of Sacyr Italia and previously held the title of Construction Manager for a significant project involving a singular bridge within the Round Road. Jose has also served as Chief of Cost Controlling, Planification, Quantity Surveyor, and Claims Department for the Reinfrastructure Benghazi Mega Projects, managing a budget of 500Mll LYD. Prior to Sacyr, Jose was a Jefe de Obra at ODEMAN and a Jefe de Produccion at COMSA.
