Laura Simón

Laura Simón is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as Head of People and Global Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at SACYR since November 2014. Prior to this role, Laura Simón was a Project Manager at PSICOTEC, S.A. from December 2003 to October 2014, leading various consultancy projects related to competencies management and talent development. Experience also includes working in talent acquisition and development at MAXAM and serving as a recruitment and development consultant at PSICOTEC from 1991 to 1998. Laura Simón holds a Master in Human Resources Management from IE Business School and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
