Helene Sanford

Helene Sanford is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Saddle Creek Logistics Services since September 2015, Helene previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Intersil for over a decade, overseeing Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Performance Management, and Compliance. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at MediaMap, where Helene developed the HR function for a software and content company, and Vice President of Human Resources at Thomson Financial, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational effectiveness. Helene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
