Renee Ecker

Renee Ecker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fulfillment implementation and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Fulfillment Implementation at Saddle Creek Logistics Services since July 2015, Renee leads a team focused on meeting quality standards and achieving strategic goals while providing training and mentorship. Prior to this role, Renee held the position of Director of Carry In Repair Services at Sears Holdings Corporation, overseeing service vendor relationships and project implementations to enhance customer experience. Additionally, as National Operations Manager, Renee contributed to profitable growth and improved customer satisfaction through strategic process development. Renee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from American InterContinental University and an Associate Degree in Business Management from Cayuga County Community College.
