Abram W. began their career in 1998 as a Guest Services Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. In 2005, they moved to GRAND HYATT DFW as an Income Auditor. The following year, they accepted a role as a Rural Carrier Associate at the United States Postal Service. In 2008, they joined Saddleback Leather Co. as Director Of Product Development and later became the Operations Manager of Shipping and Fulfillment Center.

Abram W. attended Dallas Baptist University from 2000 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Management in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In June 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Lean Sigma Corporation.
