Heather Cova

Heather Cova, Ph.D. is an experienced Connections Pastor at Saddleback Church since January 2018, where roles have included Small Group Team Pastor and Connections Minister. Prior to this, Heather Cova served as the Leadership Network Manager at The Fieldstone Foundation from May 2014 to February 2017 and as Project Manager for the CA Showcase at the National Football Foundation between April 2012 and August 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Partnerships at the Simon Foundation for Education and Housing from November 2010 to 2012 and Director of Programs at KidWorks Community Development Corporation from April 2005 to October 2010. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Modern History from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy from Roberts Wesleyan University, alongside participation in the Arrow Leadership Program.
