Our litigation practice is international in scope and involves a variety of business, financial services and commercial disputes in the U.S. and various offshore financial services jurisdictions, such as the Cayman Islands. Litigation matters include securities fraud, investor disputes, class action and derivative claims, SEC/FINRA defense, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, activism, partnership disputes, fraudulent transfer/claw back claims, whistleblower claims, restrictive covenants, brokerage claims and lender liability.
