Guillermo Sáez Ripoll has a diverse work experience. Guillermo started their career as an intern at VOSSLOH in 2008, followed by an internship at Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH, where they provided commercial and technical assistance. In 2009, they worked as a Commercial Technician at Torrecid, managing client accounts and identifying new sales opportunities. In 2011, they joined Repsol as a Project Engineer, where they coordinated projects and managed the technical office at Repsol's refinery. Guillermo then transitioned to the role of Business Development Analyst, focusing on screening and evaluating investment opportunities in the Gas & Power sector. From 2016 to 2020, Guillermo worked as a M&A Corporate Projects Manager at Repsol, where they were responsible for inorganic growth and evaluating new investment opportunities in the energy sector. In 2020, they joined Pavilion Energy as the Strategy and Corporate Development Manager. Currently, Guillermo holds the role of Head of M&A at Saeta Yield, starting in 2023.

Guillermo Sáez Ripoll started their education at Deutsche Schule Valencia, where they completed their Bachillerato from 1990 to 2003. Guillermo then went on to pursue a Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering with an Intensification in Industrial Organisation at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2003 to 2008. In 2010, they obtained a Master Degree in Refining, Petrochemistry, and Gas from the Postgraduate Institute of Energy (ISE).

From 2006 to 2010, Guillermo attended Technische Universität Clausthal, where they earned a Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering with a focus on Intensification in Production and Process. Moving forward, they pursued an Executive Master in Project Management at the University of Valencia from 2016 to 2017, specializing in Project Management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Prince2, ITIL, and IPMA.

In terms of additional certifications, Guillermo obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016. Guillermo also completed various training programs, including a Corporate Valuation and Project Finance Course at IEB in 2017 and the EMEA Investment Banking Training program at Morgan Stanley.

Lastly, in their pursuit of education, Guillermo also completed a Degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2011 and 2015.
