Technical Operation & Assets at Saeta Yield

Sandra Germán Corbacho has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Network Provisioning & TX Integration at Ericsson Network Services S.L. Sandra then transitioned to the power plant operation industry, starting with Elecnor in 2014. At Elecnor, they initially worked as a Control Room Operator/Operadora de Panel, responsible for the operation of the plant in all modes of operation. Later, they became a Shift Leader, making decisions to optimize and achieve maximum efficiency in a 50 MW thermo-solar plant.

In 2018, Sandra joined Negev Energy as a Control Room Shift Manager for the 121 MW Ashalim Plot A Thermal Power Plant. In this role, they supported the engineering team for performance studies, process optimization, and evaluation of technical documentation. Sandra also contributed to enhancements during the implementation and construction phases of the project.

From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Exera Energía as an O&M Engineer specializing in renewable energy projects. Their responsibilities included providing technical asset advice, performing audit reports for asset purchases, and developing O&M business plans.
