Andrea S. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at SAExploration since April 2023, Andrea previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at CRI, where support and guidance were provided on HR functions and organizational structure planning. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director at Maintenance Supply Headquarters, managing an 8-person HR team and overseeing HR and payroll functions for over 1,200 employees. Andrea also demonstrated expertise in HR management during a nearly nine-year tenure at Hercules Offshore, where responsibilities included overseeing domestic and international operations and developing HR policies, as well as holding various HR supervisory roles.
