Chelsea Robinson has a diverse work experience. Chelsea started their career at Bank of America in 2008 as a Teller. In 2010, they joined Vulcan Safety Shoes as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became a Store Manager. In 2018, they moved to Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company as a Merchandising and Mail Order Manager. Chelsea then took on the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources in 2020 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Chelsea Robinson attended the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 2007 to 2011. Chelsea obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management during their time there. Additionally, in January 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
