Thomas Lethcoe

Thomas Lethcoe serves as the Senior Supplier Development Manager for the Americas at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. since November 2021, previously holding the title of Supplier Quality Development Manager. Between June 2017 and December 2021, Thomas worked at TI Fluid Systems in various quality roles, including Corporate Quality for Fluid Carrying Systems and as a Senior Customer Quality Specialist, where significant cost reductions were achieved in response to customer concerns and warranty issues. Prior experience includes positions at Stratosphere Quality as a Project Manager and Project Supervisor, where skilled management of quality inspection processes and corrective actions was demonstrated. Thomas's career began at Lynx Line Investments LLC as a Manager and PC/Network Technician. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
