Jennifer Cowns is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management, performance reporting, and technical assistance across various sectors. Currently serving as Content and Performance Manager at Safal Partners, Jennifer provides support for performance management and reporting to the U.S. Previously, as Project Manager at FHI 360, Jennifer coordinated workforce projects and managed performance reporting efforts. In earlier roles, Jennifer facilitated apprenticeship opportunities through partnerships with state and industry stakeholders at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and oversaw oil and gas projects at Boomerang Land Services LLC.
