Siddhant Kedia is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Safari Industries India Ltd. since April 2022, Siddhant previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Britannia Industries Limited from January 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Siddhant worked at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited in multiple roles, including HR Business Partner, Regional Retail HR, and Management Trainee from July 2016 to January 2020. Siddhant began a career in human resources as a Summer Intern at Whirlpool of India Ltd. in 2015. Academically, Siddhant earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
