Benard Mutune

Benard Mutune is a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Payments and Fintech at Safaricom PLC since July 2022, where responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, solution design documentation, and leading design reviews. Previously, Benard held various roles at Pensoft from January 2019 to August 2022, progressing from RPA & Systems Solution Architect to C#/ .Net/Angular/Java Developer, overseeing the delivery of automated solutions for financial institutions. Additional experience includes serving as an Application Support Manager at Pensoft, where skills in business process re-engineering and system integrations were honed. Prior to this, Benard worked as a Technical Sales Support Engineer at Samsung Service Center Kenya and gained early experience as an Electrical Technician.
