Ken Kaberia

Ken Kaberia is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk and business continuity management with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk at Safaricom PLC since July 2018, Ken is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating enterprise-wide risks, while promoting proactive risk management. Prior to this role, Ken held various positions at Safaricom, including Senior Manager of Business Continuity, where Ken oversaw the implementation of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System, and Principal BCP Officer, focusing on the design and execution of a comprehensive business continuity program. Ken's experience also includes serving as Business Continuity Manager at Sidian Bank and Internal Auditor at Equity Bank. Ken holds a degree in Business Continuity and Crisis Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Programme for Management Development from Strathmore Business School, and a CPA K in Accounting from Egerton University and Strathmore.
