Naftaly Muhoro

Naftaly Muhoro is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Manager of Wholesale Service Delivery at Safaricom PLC since January 2021. With a tenure at Safaricom starting in 2008, Naftaly has held various roles including Senior Planning Engineer, Senior Operations Engineer, NOC Team Leader, and Network Operations Engineer, focusing on capacity planning, project engineering, and network management. Prior experience includes positions at Crown Gases LTD as Head of the Electrical Department, Baumann Engineering Ltd as an Engineering Trainee, and Kenya Power and Lighting Ltd as an Engineering Trainee. Naftaly possesses a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Moi University and has attained multiple ITIL certifications, as well as a CCNA qualification.
