Medhen Samuel

Medhen Samuel serves as the Customer Experience Training Manager at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC since January 2022 and previously held various roles at Multichoice Ethiopia from April 2008 to March 2022, including Learning and Development Manager and Trainer. Medhen's experience in the telecommunications and media sectors is complemented by a background in credit control. Medhen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Alemaya University, completed between 2014 and 2017.
