Rick Stanley

Rick Stanley is the current President at Safco Products Company. Rick has held this position since February 2019.

Previously, Rick Stanley was the Senior Vice President/General Manager at Flexsteel Industries Inc. from March 2014 to February 2019. As a Corporate Officer and member of the executive team, they were responsible for 5 separate business units, including e-commerce Home Styles business and multiple contract furniture industries, such as Vehicle Seating, Hospitality, Commercial Office, Acute Health Care and Senior Living.

Before Flexsteel Industries Inc., Rick Stanley was the Global Business Leader – KitchenAid at Whirlpool Corporation from December 2006 to June 2013. In this role, they were responsible for strategic business development, commercialization and execution for a highly profitable $1B global division. Rick directed the marketing and product development portfolio with launch and market execution for 7 major appliance categories globally, including innovative new revenue streams. As P&L owner, they created and executed long-range B2B and B2C strategies. Additionally, they managed multiple channel segments, including big box retailers, gourmet and commercial segment.

From June 2013 to July 2014, Rick Stanley was the Vice President of Marketing at Brunswick Corporation.

Rick Stanley earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington with a focus in Business Management/Marketing.
