Safe Families for Children
Kirby Jones is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at PediPlay since June 2021, providing services in clinic and early intervention with a diverse caseload that encompasses feeding, play skills, fine motor, regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and coordination. Kirby also participates in a Doctoral Capstone Experience at Safe Families for Children focused on advocacy and program development. Previous clinical experiences include Level 2 Fieldwork at Eskenazi Health with an emphasis on outpatient orthopedic and trauma cases and at Harvest Health and Rehabilitation addressing both pediatric and adult outpatient needs. Additional Level 1 Fieldwork included inpatient rehabilitation at Good Samaritan and outpatient settings at Mercy and Reid Health. Kirby holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
