Jessica Trowbridge

Jessica Trowbridge is the Church Coordinator at Safe Families for Children. Jessica has been with the company since June 2015, and in their current role, they are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the church's involvement with Safe Families for Children. This includes working with the church staff and volunteers to ensure that all Safe Families for Children activities are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Prior to their current role, Jessica was the Program Coordinator at Safe Families for Children. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program, including working with the families, case managers, and volunteers. Jessica also oversaw the program's budget and ensured that all program activities were carried out within the budget.

Jessica has also worked as a Veterinary Technician/Receptionist at the Animal Emergency Center of the Quad Cities and Miller Veterinary Service. In these roles, they were responsible for scheduling client appointments, documenting customer concerns, and educating clients on animal health topics. Jessica also handled accounts receivable accounts and managed databases for patient transcriptions and clinic inventory management.

Jessica Trowbridge has an Associate’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Jessica also has certifications from Mental Health First Aid Maryland in Adult Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Additionally, they have certifications from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services in Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse, and from the Iowa Department of Human Services in Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse. Finally, they have a certification from Iowa DPS- Non Criminal Justice in Criminal Justice Info System Level 2- Security Awareness.

They are on a team with Heather Vickery - Church Engagement Coordinator/Family Coach, Wendy Navel - Area Coordinator, and Bethany Horstmann - Family Coach/Intake Supervisor. Jessica Trowbridge reports to Ellen Mossman, Southern IL Regional Director.
