Sara John is a senior policy scientist at the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Sara holds a PhD in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. With a background in nutrition policy, Sara has extensive experience in program evaluation, research management, and strategic initiatives development across various organizations such as Farm Fresh Rhode Island, City of Boston, USDA, Partnership for a Healthier America, and Teach For America. Sara's dedication to improving food access and health environments is reflected in their work at both the local and national levels.
