Charles Lamb

Charles Lamb's work experience includes various roles in the insurance industry. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Actuarial Intern at Willis Towers Watson. Charles then became an Actuarial Analyst at the same company from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Kemper as an Actuarial Analyst and progressed to the roles of Senior Actuarial Analyst, Associate Actuary, and ultimately Director of Reserving until 2016. Charles then moved to Safe-Guard Products as Director of Reserving, and later returned to Kemper as AVP of Reserving until 2021. Currently, they are working at Safe-Guard Products as the Senior Director of Risk Management, overseeing various departments and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.

Charles Lamb completed their bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science at Ball State University from 2006 to 2009. Charles achieved their master's degree in Data Science at Northwestern University from 2021 to 2023. Charles also holds various certifications including an Associate title from the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow title from the Casualty Actuarial Society, and a Member title from the American Academy of Actuaries.
