Salvador Osorio is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Manager at Safe-Guard Products International, Osorio expertly oversees the RFP process for a new LMS and ensures efficient system integration. Previously, Osorio transitioned FirstKey Homes to a new LMS while enhancing employee compliance management, and operated as an LMS Consultant, assisting clients with system selection and implementation. With a strong background that includes roles at Synovus, DSS Inc., and the International Organization for Migration, Osorio has directed significant projects, including a $1.1 million digital transformation initiative. Osorio holds multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. in International Business from Plymouth State University.
