Cassandra Rhodes

Cassandra Rhodes has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as the Program Manager of Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot since September 2017. Previously, Cassandra held the position of Outpatient Therapist at the same organization since July 2012, providing a safe environment for clients to discuss trauma and other issues. Before joining Safe Harbor, Cassandra worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Perseus House, Inc. from September 2008 to June 2012, where support was provided to children and families in residential settings, including managing relationships with insurance companies and performing therapy. Cassandra holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from PennWest Edinboro (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution (2002-2006).
