Yana Doctorov

Yana Doctorov is a seasoned engineering and quality operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering Operations and Chief of Staff for the EVP of Engineering at Safe Health, Yana has previously excelled at VMware as Director of Engineering and Director of PMO, where contributions included building global engineering teams and enhancing product delivery processes. Prior roles at Symantec included Sr. Director of Engineering and Head of Quality, where Yana led teams responsible for award-winning security products. Experience at Epiphany and Visa further solidified Yana's expertise in QA and program management. Yana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University and is pursuing a Professional Program Certificate in Engineering Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley.
