Jeff Decker

Jeff leads Business Intelligence which encompasses all things data, data flow, IT and automation. Prior to joining Safe Hiring Solutions, he spent 24 years in law enforcement between the Crawfordsville Police Department and the West Lafayette Police Department. During his career he worked in patrol and ended his career in investigations. Throughout his career, Jeff was able to specialize in a few different things. In 2016, he became a certified forensic computer examiner while working with the Tippecanoe County High Tech Crime Unit. He used this certification to complete forensic examinations on computers and cell phones for the unit. From 2001 to 2020, Jeff was an Emergency Vehicle Operations instructor. He also spent time as a Crisis Intervention Trainer from 2002 to 2018. A few other responsibilities included: being involved in the Memphis Model CIT Program, Field Training Officer, and Hostage Negotiator.

Jeff is married to Natalie Kellerman. They have two sons: Jake, who attends Grace College, and Sam who attends Wabash College.
