Shelby joined the safe hiring team in 2021. She works with the director of operations to empower the staff to complete background checks with the utmost timeliness and accuracy. Shelby is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. She has a combined six years of people management experience through her previous positions with Starbucks and GEICO.
