Lauren Hunter-Dyson

Lauren Hunter-Dyson possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as President and Chief Culture Officer at CultuHR'd since May 2018. Recently, Lauren held the position of Chief People Experience Officer at Safe Horizon from June 2024 to April 2025, after serving as Interim Vice President, People Experience. Previous roles include Chief of People, Diversity, and Campus Operations at New England Aquarium, as well as several leadership positions at Upstream USA and Year Up. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University.
