Strudwick Carolyn

Carolyn Strudwick has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Strudwick has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

From 2023 to the present, they are currently working as the Managing Director for Social Work at The Bronx Defenders.

Prior to this, Carolyn worked at Safe Horizon, starting in 2008. During their time there, they held the position of Associate Vice President for Youth Programs, where they managed all aspects of daily operations and contract compliance, while also working towards organizational growth. Strudwick was also a Senior Director for Drop-In services, overseeing programming, staff development, and client services.

Before joining Safe Horizon, Carolyn worked at Safe Horizon/Streetwork Project as a Supervising Social Worker for Residential. In this role, they managed the daily operations of a youth crisis shelter and provided clinical supervision to case managers.
