Tim Repa-Davies

Tim Repa-Davies is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for Sumo Group, overseeing legal matters for Sumo Digital, Secret Mode, and Auroch Digital since September 2022. Tim has been a patron for Safe In Our World, a mental health charity in the gaming industry, since October 2019, and previously contributed to Game Anglia as a member of the advisory board. Tim's prior experience includes a partnership at Sheridans, specializing in interactive media and games, and legal counsel during a secondment at Splash Damage. Tim's early career involved various trainee solicitor positions at respected firms and organizations, including Gordon Dadds LLP and Warner Music Group. Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws from Nottingham Law School and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from The University of Manchester.
