Juan Pablo Sanchez

Juan Pablo Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Juan Pablo began their career as an IT and software engineer at SEQ Consultores, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining servers and providing internal support. Later, at Easy Solutions, they worked as a software developer, contributing to different development teams and utilizing methodologies like SCRUM. Juan Pablo also served as a specialist security consultant, performing pen-testing and security assessments for customers' infrastructure. Juan Pablo then transitioned to the role of a senior product delivery engineer, handling delivery processes aligned with customer requirements and providing fraud prevention and cyber-security consulting. At Appgate, they assumed the position of a delivery engineering manager, defining customer success best practices and leading a team of implementation engineers. At Lumu Technologies, Juan acted as a customer success manager, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey and resolving customer requests. Juan Pablo also showcased their cyber-security expertise and provided product demonstrations. Juan Pablo'snext role was at Securonix, where they continued to work as a customer success manager, managing over $2M in annual recurring revenue across multiple customer segments. Juan advocated for customers, developed success plans aligned with their business objectives, and drove adoption of best practices. Currently, they hold the position of a customer success manager at SafeBreach.

Juan Pablo Sanchez has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, which they obtained from 2007 to 2013. Juan Pablo then pursued an Assistant degree in Ethical Hacking from ETEK International Holding Corp in 2013. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.

In terms of certifications, Juan Pablo Sanchez obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker C|EH certification from EC-Council in February 2014. In April 2023, they obtained the Cybersecurity with Cloud Computing certification from LinkedIn.
