Kaustubh Jagtap, PMC-III, completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2005. Kaustubh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Kaustubh obtained various certifications.
