Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic leadership and support. Jim has held roles at Safeguard Self Storage, Neiman Marcus, and Rich's. At Safeguard Self Storage, Jim served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they developed and implemented HR policies and programs and provided strategic HR planning. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Neiman Marcus, where they played an active role in the senior team and oversaw recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives. Jim also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Rich's.

Jim Johnson graduated from Auburn University in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 2007, they obtained a PHR certification from HRCI.
