Marvin A. Schofield has worked in various positions since 2000. Marvin A. began as a Materials Scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2000. In 2010, they became a Senior Scientist and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2014, they began working as a Research Scientist as an independent contractor. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Project Manager of Operations at SafeLi LLC, as well as Assistant to Operations Manager at Camp Dewan.
