Barbara Kelley

Barbara Kelley has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership positions. Barbara is currently working as the Vice President of People at Safelite AutoGlass since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources for Safelite Solutions at Safelite AutoGlass from March 2010 to April 2015. Before joining Safelite, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Tween Brands from April 2008 to December 2009. From 2002 to 2008, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Limited Brands. Additionally, they held the same role at Limited from 2002 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Drug Emporium from 1999 to 2002. Barbara started their career as an HR Generalist at Big Bear Stores in November 1987 and worked there until November 1999.

Barbara Kelley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Miami University, which they attended from 1982 to 1986.
