Ben Naylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology and IT management. Ben currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Technology Transformation at Safelite, a role they have been in since July 2022. In these roles, they led and managed teams, provided support for the council's IT infrastructure, and contributed to projects and solutions.

In addition to their education, Ben also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification in Windows 7 and Server 2008 in 2009, a Prince 2 (2009) Practitioner certification in 2009, a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development: Level 3 Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2008, and an ASA Level 1 Certificate for Teaching Water Polo in 2003.
