Ben Naylor

Ben Naylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology and IT management. Ben currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Technology Transformation at Safelite, a role they have been in since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Run at Safelite from November 2018 to July 2022.

Before joining Safelite, Ben worked at Belron® International from 2012 to 2018, where they held multiple roles. Ben started as an Infrastructure Lead, focusing on innovative infrastructure deployments and technical designs. Ben then became an Infrastructure Manager, managing a team of technical innovators and establishing relationships within the business. Following this, they served as a Regional IT Technology Manager, supporting and advising Belron's countries with their technology strategy and best practices. Finally, they held the role of Innovative Technology Transformation Manager, providing IT coaching and strategic direction to General Managers and IT leaders across various business units.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, where they held positions including IT Infrastructure Team Leader, Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer, and Infrastructure Support Engineer. In these roles, they led and managed teams, provided support for the council's IT infrastructure, and contributed to projects and solutions.

Overall, Ben Naylor has a strong background in IT management, technology transformation, and infrastructure support, with experience in both corporate and public sectors.

Ben Naylor attended BCOT from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development: Level 3 Certificate in Training Practice. Before that, from 1993 to 1998, they attended Bishop Challoner in Basingstoke. In addition to their education, Ben also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification in Windows 7 and Server 2008 in 2009, a Prince 2 (2009) Practitioner certification in 2009, a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development: Level 3 Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2008, and an ASA Level 1 Certificate for Teaching Water Polo in 2003.
