Jessica Cecconi

Jessica Cecconi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Greenville Metals, Inc. where they focused on developing and improving Value Stream Maps. Jessica then worked as an Operations Intern at Cardinal Health, where they collaborated with the Corporate Operations Blueprint team to implement best practices in the pharmaceutical network.

At Cardinal Health, Jessica also served as a Senior Specialist in Supply Chain Management-EMERGE, Warehouse Operations Supervisor, and Inventory and Purchasing Supervisor. In these positions, they led teams, managed inventory, improved customer service, and worked on process improvement initiatives.

Following their time at Cardinal Health, Jessica joined Nationwide as a Specialist, Lean Deployment, and later worked as a Consultant in the Enterprise Lean COE. In these roles, they contributed to continuous improvement efforts and helped implement lean methodologies across the organization.

Currently, Jessica is the Director of Operations Process Improvement at Safelite AutoGlass, where they continue to leverage their expertise in process improvement and lean methodologies to drive operational excellence.
