Olaf Weber

Olaf Weber, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Olaf most recently served as the Director of Finance - Workforce Optimization at Safelite AutoGlass since November 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Finance, Midwest Region at BrightView Landscapes, where they led financial activities and played a key role in driving profitability. Olaf's experience also includes serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Justice, where they delivered business analytics, controlled expenses, and led strategic initiatives. Additionally, they held various roles at Big Lots Stores, Inc., including Director of Operations Support & Store Finance and Manager of Store Control/Finance, in which they oversaw budgeting, financial reporting, and operational activities for a large number of retail locations. Earlier in their career, Olaf worked as a District Manager for ALDI, Inc., where they contributed to improving and developing business opportunities. Olaf also gained experience as a Software Consultant at Ackermann Software, conducting programming, installation, and training for new software applications. Olaf began their career with a Financial Apprenticeship at Stadtsparkasse Koeln. With their extensive background in finance, operations, and consulting, Olaf Weber brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization.

Olaf Weber, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Information Systems from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln. Olaf further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Capital University - School of Management in 2001.
