Gabriel Urrea

Gabriel Urrea currently serves as the VP of Insurance Claims at Safely, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Gabriel spent nearly two decades at Esurance Inc. as the Director of Corporate Talent, managing talent acquisition, learning, and development strategies. Gabriel's experience also includes a significant role at Allstate, where responsibilities encompassed developing enterprise-wide skills strategies and leadership programs for over 40,000 employees following a merger. Additionally, Gabriel has held positions at CSAA as an Organizational Development Senior Consultant and at USAA Insurance, overseeing leadership development and executive coaching for the Western Region.
