Holly McCaffrey

Holly McCaffrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and communications within the nonprofit sector and a strong background in ballet performance. Currently serving as the Manager of Development & Communications at Safer Foundation since November 2019, Holly excels in researching and sourcing funding, cultivating donor relationships, and managing grant proposals while supporting overall fundraising objectives. Prior roles include Program Manager at Chicago Human Rhythm Project, focusing on community engagement through percussive arts, and various managerial positions at Doolittles Woodfire Grill. As a freelance ballet dancer, Holly has performed with esteemed companies such as the Minneapolis Ballet, James Sewell Ballet, and Metropolitan Ballet, showcasing versatility in classical and contemporary works.
