Shannon leads the sales revenue efforts at SafeSend, serving as an educator, coach, and cheerleader. Her goal is simple – empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to automate the client touchpoints around the tax engagement process and reduce their work. Before joining SafeSend, Shannon worked with alliantgroup, helping businesses and their CPAs identify government-sponsored tax credits and incentives.
