Matthew de la Vega

Matthew de la Vega has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to the present (with an ongoing role), they have been the Human Resources Director at SafeSplash Swim Schools. In this role, they are responsible for managing all HR initiatives, overseeing staff operations, and establishing HR objectives. Prior to this, Matthew worked at SafeSplash Swim Schools as a Regional Operations Manager from 2015 to 2022, where they executed marketing plans and built strategic relationships with clients. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Head Supervisor at the same company. Additionally, Matthew worked at School Readiness Consulting from 2013 to 2014 as a Data Collector, where they collaborated with a group to assess literacy levels of kindergarten and first grade children.

Matthew de la Vega completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Montclair State University from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, they attended the School for International Training, where they earned a TESOL certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
