Gary Hammer has had a long and varied career in business. Gary began their professional career in 1983 as a Financial Analyst for First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse). From 1989 to 1990, they worked as a Consultant for Bain & Company. From 1990 to 1994, they held various Marketing, Account Management, and General Management executive roles (Manager, Director, division Managing Director) at Geoworks. In 1994, they co-founded Wink Communications and served as Vice President of Business Development. Gary was responsible for creating business plans and negotiating terms of the first two financing rounds, and acted as COO/CFO in the startup phase. In 1999, they became President, Acting Executive Director, and Board Member of Congregation Etz Chayim. Gary co-led consensus-building, real estate search, purchase negotiation, and property renovation to obtain the congregation's first owned facility. Gary also supervised staff and directly oversaw facilities, tenant management and marketing. In 2000, they co-founded Great Circle Water, Inc., and served as the first CEO. Gary oversaw a small team of employees and consultants to build a business plan, develop a product, and find early acceptance for an innovative, patented product. In 2011, they became a Principal at Centermost Advisors. From 2013 to 2018, they were Co-Founder and CEO of Nexkey, Inc. In 2018, they joined Safetrust Inc. as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Gary is responsible for leading the business development efforts, managing partner strategy and execution.

Gary Hammer completed a Bachelor's Degree in History & Political Science from Yale University in 1983. Gary then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) respectively in 1989.
