Roselyn Pimentel Garcia has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Roselyn has worked at various companies in different roles, showcasing their diverse skill set.

Starting in 2005, Roselyn worked at Allstate as an Account Manager and later became a Producer. Roselyn then moved on to E A Stevens Company - an Independent Insurance Agency - where they served as an Account Manager before being promoted to Personal Lines Supervisor.

In 2013, Roselyn joined Safety Insurance as a Claims Adjuster, specializing in Auto Property Claims. Over the next few years, they climbed the ladder, becoming a Senior Claims Adjuster and eventually transitioning into an Underwriting role as an Associate Underwriter and then an Underwriter, focusing on Personal Lines.

With their extensive knowledge and experience, Roselyn is now serving as the Manager of Insurance Operations at Safety Insurance, overseeing the overall operations of the department.

Throughout their career, Roselyn has acquired professional certifications such as CPCU, AIC-M, API, and CISR, further showcasing their dedication to continuous learning and growth in the insurance industry.

Roselyn Pimentel Garcia, CPCU, AIC-M, API, CISR has a diverse education history in the field of insurance and management. In 2024, they will complete their Master of Science degree in Insurance Management from Boston University. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting Management from Northeastern University in 2015. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Roselyn obtained an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bunker Hill CC in 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Roselyn holds several certifications in the insurance industry. Roselyn obtained their API (Associate in Personal Insurance) certification from The Institutes in October 2017. In May 2016, they earned their AIC-M (Associate in Claims-Management) certification, also from The Institutes. Furthermore, Roselyn achieved the prestigious CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) certification in January 2016. Roselyn'searliest certification, the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), was obtained from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in February 2013.

Roselyn's commitment to professional growth is evident through their licensing and membership in various industry organizations. Roselyn obtained their Property, Casualty, Life & Health Producer License from the Massachusetts Division of Insurance in November 2005. Additionally, in September 2005, they obtained the CPSR (Certified Professional Service Representative) certification from the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents.
