Olena Bagatchenko

Olena Bagatchenko is a seasoned Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in project management, product development, and team collaboration across various industries. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Safety io since February 2023, Olena previously held roles at EPAM Systems as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, and at Scrum Ukraine with a focus on Agile methodologies. Significant achievements include a role as Product Manager for NASA's SpaceApps Challenge, where Olena's team received recognition for the Best Mission Concept. Additional experience includes freelance work in app development for the HoReCa sector, as well as leadership positions in online education and restaurant management projects.
