Elizabeth Wieman has extensive experience in financial analysis and human resource analytics, currently serving as an Executive Analyst in Human Resources at Safety National since June 2015. Responsibilities include providing data analysis support for HR functions such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, and talent development. Previously, Elizabeth held roles as a Senior Budget & Forecasting Analyst focused on loss reserve analysis and financial projections, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where Elizabeth implemented a Contribution Margin tool and conducted customer profitability reporting. Prior experience includes significant roles at Citimortgage Inc., where Elizabeth managed incentive compensation reporting and supervised treasury accounting, as well as a position at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri.
