Jill Davis, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Safety National since October 2014. In this role, Jill manages HR operational functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HRMS under the Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Safety National, and roles at Thompson Coburn LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes and providing administrative support.
