Jim English

Jim English has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, particularly in SCCM and Windows Server environments. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer II at Safety National since July 2018, Jim has previously held significant roles at Kellwood Company and HP/EDS, where responsibilities included SCCM administration, operating system deployment, and team building. Jim's career began at Tymshare, where leadership skills were developed as a Data Services Supervisor, enhancing team performance in large-scale data center operations. Jim holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Suffolk County Community College.
